I'm a newbe to the board but have been working out since I was 15....I'm now 29. I've been training relative hard now for the las 4 months and have cut my bodyfat with diet and exercise down from 21% to 15%. My goal is between 7% and 9%. I'm 6'1" and 185 right now. I have the diet thing pretty well down at 2,000 to 2700/day depending on if I work out or not. The calories consist of at least 2 myoplex deluxes, some ready-to-drinks, chicken, tuna, the usual stuff.
Anyway, this will be my first experiment with prohormones and I think I've decided on using 1-AD from Ero Pharm and an 4-AD spray (probably Andro spray also from Ero Pharm if I can still get it).
Anyway, assuming my diet, training, and exercise are right, what does everyone think of this 8 week stack? I think that this stack of 1-AD will work well but would like some advice on the 4-AD spray to go along with this
Week 1 300mg 1-AD/day
Week 2 400mg 1-AD/day
Week 3 500mg 1-AD/day
Week 4 600mg 1-AD/day
week 5 700mg 1-AD/day
Week 6 800mg 1-AD/day
Week 7 900mg 1-AD/day
Week 8 1000mg 1-AD/day
I plan on taking 100mg of nor andro before workouts 4 days/week and a ZMA supplement at night.
I will also continue my 5 grams of creatin/day along with a multi vitamin. I will also use hydroxycutt for two weeks followed by beta-lean for two weeks i(alternate) in an attempt to lean out while putting on some muscle. My end result, and I know I'm not going to get this way in only 8 weeks, but my end result would be to look more like a men's health dude then a flex dude.
I know that there are a lot of other variable but any comments on the 4-AD usage and any other advice would be great.
