Comments On This AD Stack

I'm a newbe to the board but have been working out since I was 15....I'm now 29. I've been training relative hard now for the las 4 months and have cut my bodyfat with diet and exercise down from 21% to 15%. My goal is between 7% and 9%. I'm 6'1" and 185 right now. I have the diet thing pretty well down at 2,000 to 2700/day depending on if I work out or not. The calories consist of at least 2 myoplex deluxes, some ready-to-drinks, chicken, tuna, the usual stuff.

Anyway, this will be my first experiment with prohormones and I think I've decided on using 1-AD from Ero Pharm and an 4-AD spray (probably Andro spray also from Ero Pharm if I can still get it).

Anyway, assuming my diet, training, and exercise are right, what does everyone think of this 8 week stack? I think that this stack of 1-AD will work well but would like some advice on the 4-AD spray to go along with this

Week 1 300mg 1-AD/day
Week 2 400mg 1-AD/day
Week 3 500mg 1-AD/day
Week 4 600mg 1-AD/day
week 5 700mg 1-AD/day
Week 6 800mg 1-AD/day
Week 7 900mg 1-AD/day
Week 8 1000mg 1-AD/day

I plan on taking 100mg of nor andro before workouts 4 days/week and a ZMA supplement at night.

I will also continue my 5 grams of creatin/day along with a multi vitamin. I will also use hydroxycutt for two weeks followed by beta-lean for two weeks i(alternate) in an attempt to lean out while putting on some muscle. My end result, and I know I'm not going to get this way in only 8 weeks, but my end result would be to look more like a men's health dude then a flex dude.

I know that there are a lot of other variable but any comments on the 4-AD usage and any other advice would be great.
 
I would recommend going 4on/4off 4on/4off rather than 8on/8off, though this is your decision obviously.

For those 4weeks, I would dose as follows:
Wk1: 1AD 400-500mgs, Andro Spray 8squirts 2x daily
Wk2-4: 1AD 600mgs, Andro Spray 8-10squirts 2x daily

Post-cycle, 6-OXO as follows:
Wk1: 600mgs/day
Wk2: 400mgs/day
Wk3: 400mgs/day
Wk4: 300mgs/day (optional)

I'm going to try for the 8 weeks. Thanks for the dosing info on the spray. Any more comments on the stack that anyone wants to offer would also be great. I'm getting a great education by reading everyone's remarks.

I will be posting weekly pictures of my progress along with weight and bf info. I guess time will be the true judge.
 
Well judging by the information you have given thus far, I'd have to think that you are doing something wrong here.

You claim to have been lifts for 14 years, am I correct? You started at 15 and you are now 29 and you are currently 6'1 185 lbs. Something is not right here. You natural weight at 6'1 should definately be more than 185 lbs.

So bascially, you are either not eating right, not training right, or both. You mentioned that your diet is comprised mostly of 2 myoplex deluxes, some ready-to-drinks, chicken, tuna. This sounds like a very meager diet to me. If you are serious about putting on some size, you should think about eating more like someone who is serious about putting on size.

BTW, you're not going to make full use of the prohormones unless you've got your diet squared away, and taking in adequate protein, especially if you're gonna be megadosing 1-AD up to a gram a day of the stuff (which I'd recommend against if I were you). The amount of money you'd spend on that stack (including the necessary post cycle), you might as well use real juice.
 
Where to Spray 4 AD

Where on the body is the best place to spray the 4 AD? I would think you would spray it on a thin skin surface such as top of hands, feet, and sholders. However thinking about it, what about if you sprayed it on your balls....after all that what produces the testosterone. I'm being serious on that question as silly as it may seem. Comments?
 
Spray it on your junk and you'll be in a world of pain. BAD IDEA.

Keep to thin-skinned, relatively hairless areas (shoulders/traps/chest/arms/forearms, calves/back of knees/tops of feet).
 
Or maybe spray it on your balls then light them on fire? Or maybe if you squeeze them really hard after you will squeeze out more test.

C'mon bro anything that has alcohol in it is not touching my balls :)
 
It Has Begun

OK, I got all the basics down I think. Will be spraying the 4 AD on the tops of my feet and back of my knees. Also, I've revised my intake of 1 AD to the following:

Week 1 300mg/day
Week 2 300mg/day
Week 3 400mg/day
week 4 400mg/day
week 5 600mg/day
week 6 600mg/day
week 7 800mg/day
week 8 800mg/day

I will be using the 4 AD at the following rate

Week 1-3 8 squirts/x2 day
Week 4-6 10 squirts/x2 day
week 7-8 12 squirts/x2 day

As far as diet I will be going up to at least 3,000 on work out days and 2,500 on non-workout days. It isn't a lot but keep in mind that I have 1 cheat day (Saturday night to Sunday night) and also am going for a lean, muscular look, not a "body builder" look per-say. Basically it will include 350 grams of protien, 250 grams of carbs, and 50 grams/fat (will be slightly lower on non-workout days). Will be divided into 6 to 8 meals depending on my work schedule. If I start to put on fat (body fat will be done every 2 weeks) I will decrease the calories by 500.

I took my "before" pics last night and plan to use them as a judge rather than the scale. I also will post the results on a weekly basis. Also this is so far just a plan...there is a lot of room for change and adaptation so nothing is set in stone.

Supplement mix will consist of the AD 1 and AD 4. In addition I will be taking 5 grams of creatin/day (phospagian HP), 100mg norandro(diol) pre-workout, an alternate mix of beta lean and hydroxycutt every two weeks (starting with betalean) (1 serving in the AM and the next around 2pm). I will be using yohimburn 1 hour before workout (7pm) and then before I go to bed at night after my shower (11:30 pm). Finally I will also be using a ZMA supplement before bed (ZMA Mass).
