Is this one of those new underground chinese labs? Like supra, AIC (or something like that), etc...?

They are US, underground lab (basement/bathtub gear) yes.

I wouldn't compare them with Ip though. Haven't heard too many complaints except that anavar business and that got straightened out.

I would say DL is much better than IP, hands down. I have used DL's: Dbol, and Test Cyp, both of which I have no complaints about... Know many other bro's that use DL stuff, and no complaints really to speak of.
