comment on my cycle + expectations

What do you guys think about my cycle ?
week 1-2
sus 500
deca 400

week 3-8
sus 250
deca 200

week 11-12
clomid therapy

My stats are 220 lbs at 14% and 6'.
Is this enough juice ? I've got my basics covered. This is my first "real cycle". I have 10 amps of each and proviron and nolvadex at hand.

What can I expect from this exact cycle ?

Looks good. It's impossible to tell you how much you will gain. Everyone is different.

Your cycle looks fine but any estimation as to your future gains is irrelevant and likely to be far off. You're just going to have to run the cycle and see for yourself. Eat right, train right, and rest well, and you'll grow.
