After reading up on the ginger root and increased protein absorption I said what the hay...I'll try it just to see...
You guys know how when you're ingesting huge amounts of protein your piss turns neon green(supposedly caused by the body excreting the extra protein)...after three days of taking one 500mg capsule of ginger root before each meal I'm pissing crystal clear...Does this my body is processing the extra protein more efficiently???
