Does anyone else go through a phase when coming off that makes them go crazy in ways such as lack of motivation for the gym / diet / work and or school / socially????
My two previous cycles were just incredible for me! Everything was on point -I maintained the majority of my gains and I felt great! But after completing my PCT I just become a mental case.
What do you guys do to get over that hump? I know its not just me...
