Coming off Juiced Workouts

I'm coming off my 8 week cycle of omna/deca this week and just wanted to know if you guys change your workouts around at all?? For example, number of sets, reps, or exercises, number of days in between to rest. I really want to keep as much as possible.

Lower the volume, keep calories up and try to use the same poundage. Clen is great for helping you keep the fat off and energy up post cycle.
 
Im an old fart so my workouts arent anything special. 3-4 exercises per day 4 days a week, 45-60 minutes a session. 8-12 reps. I train that way on or off cycle. Its just that when I am on cycle there is much more intensity.
 
i agree w/ big andy about trying to keep the poundage up, but, be careful of that ...because theoritically speaking, you will not be able to throw up the same weight off your cycle as you did when you were on. so, while bigandy is right, definetley try to stay heavy, but accept it when you're unable to throw up as many reps with the same weight... drop the weight just a little so you wont fuck up your joints and shit.

MOST IMPORTANT...... stay your ass in the gym. start clomid therapy or something or as bigandy said ..get some clen. alot of people get depressed post cycle and stop going. so, for starters, do these things to keep alot of what you've worked so hard for. then, take a little time off and do another cycle!!!! good luck bro. some karma for ya.. for you too andy... hit me back, bro's.. i need some!!!
 
Everybody is different bro but just make sure to keep your workouts under an hour for minimum cortisol production which is vital when you are no longer benefiting from the anti-catabolic effects of A.S. and give your body more time to rest, you should be tired when you leave the gym not when you enter it!
 
Ragin' for some reason I can't give you Karma... I click on the Yin-Yang and nothing...Not even a pop up box. It works fine with Zyg and G-force. Weird:confused:
 
This when it is the toughest for me to keep the intensity up. For me it is a mental thing if I go in thinking heavy it's amazing how much more I can lift. Stay focused and do it!. I try to keep the intensity way up all the time! Eat your carbs. I see no point of slacking off especially during "or shortly after" your clomid. Thats when it is most critical for me. work hard keep what you've gained. Bottom line
