This wk was my last wk of being on cycle. I did test e 250 mg/wk for 10 wks and wks 1-5 did 30 mgs/day of d-bol. I have produced some nice gains through the cycle and a very strict diet. I started my arimidex a wk ago @ .25 ml a day and tomorrow I am going to start the rest of my pct with clomid and clen. I am 24 yrs old, 6' tall, 205 lbs, and about 15% bf. I really want to keep my strength and size gains w/o adding any body fat. I eat alot of protein shakes and protein bars, chicken & tuna, oats & whole wheat toast, egg whites, also doing my supplements like creatine, glutamine, and milk thistle. I eat every 3-4 hrs to stay anabolic(very strict). My question is, how many calories should I be taking in to keep my gains of size and strength w/o gaining fat. I am going to do clen but a caloric suggestion by an experienced person would be appreciated. I realize that I will probaly lose a few lbs of gain from being off cycle but would like to minimize loss of gains. Any suggestions on diet or supplements will be helpful. Thanks guys!
