coming off cycle & need info

This wk was my last wk of being on cycle. I did test e 250 mg/wk for 10 wks and wks 1-5 did 30 mgs/day of d-bol. I have produced some nice gains through the cycle and a very strict diet. I started my arimidex a wk ago @ .25 ml a day and tomorrow I am going to start the rest of my pct with clomid and clen. I am 24 yrs old, 6' tall, 205 lbs, and about 15% bf. I really want to keep my strength and size gains w/o adding any body fat. I eat alot of protein shakes and protein bars, chicken & tuna, oats & whole wheat toast, egg whites, also doing my supplements like creatine, glutamine, and milk thistle. I eat every 3-4 hrs to stay anabolic(very strict). My question is, how many calories should I be taking in to keep my gains of size and strength w/o gaining fat. I am going to do clen but a caloric suggestion by an experienced person would be appreciated. I realize that I will probaly lose a few lbs of gain from being off cycle but would like to minimize loss of gains. Any suggestions on diet or supplements will be helpful. Thanks guys!

With this cycle I reduced my body fat from 25% to 15%. I went from being weak as a kitten to being strong as an ox. I can now see definition in my abdominal region as I have also become vascular looking. I have increased lbm a lot.
 
the key is proper pct and keep training. some people think since they are off AAS its time to take a break. no, keep going to the gym. your smart to do the clomid that will help. i recommend hcg but it seems to be a personal choice rather than the rule. but like i said the key is stay in the gym, stay just as intense as you were and you will be ok and should keep most of the gains.

Hey man it sounds like you had some good results from that cycle. Good work man, keep us posted. It's cool to see guys succeed.
