Coming off a Cycle!!

now 10 weeks ago i ended a cycle and i used clomids and arimidex but not enough, i don't think anyway, therefore thats why i was asking advice on what is the best thing to use is and how to use with the particular amount of gear i have cause i'm not totally sure, still learnig bro!!
