combating insomnia?

for mild insomina you take take melatonin around 3-10mg. You can also take 5htp, or valerian root. All of these are great for mild insomina. If you want to take a step up you could go with something like 50mg of trazadone.

Karma is always welcome!

Only thing that has ever helped me is taking zanex (cracking a .05 in half) dont like taking perscription med if i dont have to but got tired of being up half the night.

I never heard that, (never checked into it) but ive been using it 3-4 days a week to sleep. Any other ideas then?

do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep??

Both. I've never had this problem sleeping when working out at nights. I would hit the weights then finish off with cardio, arrive home, dinner, and straight to bed.

Ever since I started working out in the morning I've had trouble sleeping. To bad I can't change my schedule to the way it was before.

Thank you all for the replies.

The amino acid L-Tryptophan @2-5 grams before bedtime taken with 100mgs of vitamin B6 to maximize conversion efficiency of tryptophan to serotonin.
