How does the NFL allow the Colts a schedule like this?

Im a Pats fan, but dont think its fair that the Colts schedule is pretty insane for a while.
Besides Oakland (They might be tough) the only "easy" games are Jacksonville (Till Houston in NOVEMBER) who is picked by many to be this years Carolina.
