Anyone done it? I have a session booked for tomorrow, the therapist looks pretty hot too, too bad she'll be cleaning out my shitter.

Never been done in 36 years. Going to do three sessions in a row and hopefully get a lot more macros out of my food and have a more efficient digestive system.

When you have a colonoscopy, you drink a solution the night before that gives you diarhea, and you fast. The next day, your colon is pink and clean and shiny like a newborn baby.

These colon cleaning shysters want you to think that the dinner you ate in 2004 is still in there fermenting, stuck in all the nooks and crannys, but its not.

Yeah my father did that fasting and drinking a gallon of colite, suppose I could so that every now and this but this seems more pleasant than shitting my face off for 24 hours.

Can you buy that colyte stuff over the counter? Or some sort of polyethylene glycol and electrolytes?
 
Thx man. I have no problems with everything moving. I would like to make do a once every six month cleaning, like the dentist visit but for my b-hole. Just to stay efficient.

People swear by these colon hydrotherapy things though. I'll look into the OTC stuff as well.
 
Species Nutrition Fiberlyze is good shit, no pun intended. Like 9g fiber in a scoop.

People swear by it, but that doesn't mean it actually does anything. And the idea of doing 3 cleanings in a row sounds ridiculous. That implies that one cleaning isn't enough to get everything out of there, but like I said, that's not the case.

I have to admit though, even though I hated the process of drinking that nasty stuff and sitting on the toilet all night, it felt pretty good to be cleaned out. I almost felt bad about "contaminating my system" by eating lunch after the procedure.

But that's the thing. You go through all that trouble to clean out, but you are back to normal the next day after you start eating again anyway.
 
man.. I am due for the ol colonoscopy. My Dad had a little colon cancer at 80 and I am now 50. Time to bend over. Also, taking HGH so doesn't that increase your risk?

I don't know about HgH but go get it done. Almost everyone I know that has had one had at least 1 polyp removed. People who don't get them have those polyps still growing inside them.

It was $80 for 40 minutes of my life. Felt great afterward. She was impressed with how "green" I was and asked if I take a chlorophyll supplement of any kind. I told her no, it's all kale, spinach, red and green chard, and collards that I eat every day.

I'll do it again too.

It's not a scam, because it does clean out a lot of the crap that doesn't budge when you make a BM, but as a Naturopath (and most reputable ND's) will not recommend colonics.
If you want to have a healthy/good moving digestive system, there are way better ways to do it.

I would not get these done often if you are thinking about it. And keep in mind, when you clean out your colon for a colonoscopy, you're doing in from mouth to butt, not from butt to butt.

Not a great option.

I had a gay buddy who lived up north in San Fran and when I got separated I would drive up to there and hang out with the mo's for a weekend. Anyways his room mate had this attachment for his shower that he used to clean his poke hole out with. I wore my socks into their shower thereafter.

This is good shit, I had a feeling this thread would take off soon. I'll agree with blue on this one. She was kind of a hot older woman. Made me feel relaxed.

When finished I did spend a good deal of time in the bathroom immediately afterward because everything started moving right away and what water couldn't be sucked out by her was blown out by me, but I felt good and clean afterward. Not sure how to describe it, not like after a massage, butt I felt a little light in the loafers.

And for the record 4T, this is not a shower head, just sayin

I have two pairs of dockers, two pairs of jeans, and 2 suits with pants. Oh and prolly a couple dozen pairs of scrubs. I guess if you count the scrubs I have a lot of pants. Sadly not hundreds of pairs however.
