College Baseball Player Needing Info???

I'm currently a division 1 college baseball player and im wanting to get my body in its best physical condition possible. I'm 21 yrs old, 5'9" and about 185. I'm wanting to get really cut up cause i already have big arms and legs, they just aren't as cutt up as i would like. I just want some opinions on what i should take or stack to get more lean muscle mass, cutt up but not bulky? I've also taken ProPharm Winsrol and Stan QV 50 the last couple summers. Thanks for everyone's help. Nate

The best way to do that IMHO is through diet and cardio bro. There's quite a few compounds you can use. ECA stack, clen, T3, Yohimburn, but I don't react well to metabolism increasing agents. I never sleep and can't eat the way I should. Just my 2 cc's, lots of bro here w/ experience using this sort of thing. Good luck bro.

Hey Nate:

Being a college coach and former professional player (Orioles Organization), I can tell you this: First and foremoss stay as flexible as possible! Steroids ended my career! I was foolish, I became too bulky (I was a pitcher) and had to have total elbow reconstruction, which included Tommy John, MCL -replacement, bone spur removal etc. Steroids did help me and do work. I was just an idiot and did not stay felxible. Here is what I recommend Deca... FYI, just be careful and good luck...

We are about the same size and we are both ball players (although I am 38 years old and play in a city park league :))

My experience with the gear has been positive, but based on what your goals are, it would seem that a good diet and a good fat burner would be the first choice. Deca will bloat you up. And too much Winny will feel like broken glass in your joints...

If you want to turn to gear, go to something that increasees strength, but does not cause bloat. I would suggest something like a low dose Sust/Anavar or Sust/Tbol cycle (sust supposedly has less bloat than test C or E, but everyone reacts differently.)

Try 8 weeks in the off season, and see how your body reacts, but remember: good diet, hard lifting and proper rest will be where the goals are met.

When we go back at the first of Sept. we will practice 5-6 days a wk, running a tremendous amount. Then after 5 wks we start our strength program which consists of lifting 4 days a wk. I dont like the program cause i didnt feel i got any stronger last yr at all. But we do work out and run a lot on a day to day basis.
