Juice won't make your fastball any faster or your breaking ball drop any harder. Trust me my boys were on a team in college and they tried various forms of gear. All it did was aggrevate shoulder problems and made them stiff and tight during practice.. look at some of the badass pitchers out there.. no need for big muscle bellies.. just do your stretches and band work.. you should know its all about hips and core work when throwing anyways.. try to stay away if you can..
