I love these lozenges called Cold Eeze. I think its a zinc/vitamin c combo or something close. Anyway, they knocked out my cold within a day. AWESOME STUFF and not too expensive.

thanks everyone.. especially backdoc... that is great help... only prob is that it is so damn hot that the last thing i want to do is drink hot chicken stock... but i will spice up my foods more in the future...
