Coffee Thread - we need one

having a double cappuccino right now.

havn't washed the cappuccino maker with anything except hot water and wiped it with my clean hand. had it a few months. cappuccino/espresso just keeps getting better tasting every time i make it.


coffee pot broke a month or so ago. gf pulled out a brand new coffee maker. coffee tasted like fuckin shit for a week. her grandmother has been coming down here every other day and helping us out while we're finishing up the move. she's been doing the dishes for us too, which kicks ass. she better not touch that coffee pot though.


i like to make "coffee suprise" when i have time in the morning. i make a pot of espresso, dump it in my travel mug, then top it off with coffee. no cream, no sugar. it's a great way to start off the morning.

I gave my dogs away to the SPCA because i couldn't take them when I moved, made a thread about it, and am now known as the dog killer. Now this thread will get more than 5 replies.

I had errands to run this morning........so I stopped at Wawa & got my $1.15 20 oz: 1/2 FF French Vanilla Cappucino topped with dark roast & vanilla cream coffees with a splash of French Vanilla creamer.....

By the time I was done shopping at Home Depot, it was cool enough to drink...

i remember when WAWA 20oz was under $1. fuckin inflation.

i like to get the caramel and mix it with chocolate macadamia nut. good stuff there.

got some chocolate-almond blend at the store a couple of weeks ago. the smell filled up the house every time i brewed some. didn't taste as strong as it smelled though, i was kinda disappointed there.

thing is, if i get real good stuff, my gf will use it when she doesn't feel like pulling down another can of The Max or whatever was on sale. yeah, i buy the cheap shit for every day drinking, mainly because she doesn't even notice the difference in taste.

oh man, one day, she made an entire pot of coffee using espresso i had in the fridge. i didn't have the bag marked, and she thought it was just regular coffee. A WHOLE FUCKING POT! i drank 3-4 full cups and kept saying "damn, this coffee tastes excellent today..." thinking that my taste buds were going to shit and i thought Maxwell house was great stuff. then i discovered what she had done.

i could've killed her.

i was bouncing off the walls all damn day too.

That's good to know.

I don't know much about coffee except that Jamaica Blue Mountain is good and that certain blends made in Kenya are suppossedly quite good as well. I have had coffee from Costa Rica and quite frankly can't stand the stuff. Whenever I am there I usually just use my own shit that I bring from the states. I have heard of kona but never tried it. I am not much of a coffee snob, usually I will just down whatever of the cheapest shit I can find. I do love a good cappaccino though.

I am however for certain that you have a much higher karmic power than me.
