I knew it :) :p

Coffee contains similar levels of antioxidants to black tea and can be just as beneficial to health, according to Scottish scientists that have found coffee’s antioxidants are highly absorbable by the human body.
Research has already established the antioxidant activity of coffee and confirmed its antioxidant components – chlorogenic acid, also found in fruits, such as apples.

But Professor Crozier’s research demonstrated for the first time the high bioavailability of such antioxidants when consumed in coffee.

The findings were presented last week at the Society for Experimental Biology’s annual meeting at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and will be submitted for publication in a scientific journal.

What kinda coffee are you having on this nice Saturday morning guys? Saturday morning coffee is the BEST

this can't be right, that Dr. Perricone guy says coffee raises corsitol levels immensly... but I guess if were all hyped up on ECA, NYC, Clenbuterx (what is that Clen and X?) then what's a little java beans gona do?

There is about 100 mg of caffeine in a 1.5oz shot of espresso, and about 130 mg of caffeine in an 8oz cup of coffee.

8/1.5 = 5.33
130/5.33 = 24.39

1.5oz of regular coffee has about 24.5 mg of caffeine.
Espresso has about 4 times as much caffeine per volume.

If you drink the stuff like I do it's 8 shots of espresso with mocha syrup and some milk to take the edge off. Usually over ice.

800/130 = 6.15
6.15*8 = 49.2
49.2/12 = 4.1

Thats about six 8oz cups of coffee or about 4 medium (12oz) coffees from Dunkin. :Chef:
