coffee creamer question

Hi Ladies!

What do you put in your coffee? Years ago i used to put CoffeeMate in my coffee. I want to stay away from anything that has hydrogenated products in it so i'm not sure if CoffeeMate has that anymore. I do use stevia to sweeten but need some type of creamer/powder to add, can't stand it by itself, hate it black! Does anybody have any suggestions, please? Thx!

I use Coffeemate's Low Carb version of creamer in French Vanilla. Didn't look at the ingredients tho...

Thanks everyone for their responses. See, i'm tryin to stay away from dairy products but i do need something extra in there to make it go down the hatch. Iamfirmin, which brand of soy milk do you use that's low carb and where do you get it, ie. health food store, grocery, etc...Thanks!

SOY SLENDER -- BUY IT AT WALMART they are the cheapest.. I have excema so I can not have dairy .. !!
i even buy soy yogurt .. at Walmart !!
