Had some minor surgery today and my doc gave me a script for codeine.....the world is a beautiful place right now..... 
Avernirup's Drug Tip For The Day:
1. Take 10 tylenol with codeine and put them in a coffee filter.
2. Rinse with luke warm water.
3. The luke warm water will seperate the acetaminophen from the codeine.
4. The acetaminophen will run through the coffee filter and what is left is a gel like substance (pure codeine).
5. Swallow it and I have been told it will feel like a shot of heroin.
6. If you take 10 tylenol with codeine, you would be in trouble, but that is only because of the acetaminophen, not the codeine.
