What do you think about taking 200 mg., 300 mg. or more of Q10 ... will that help slow the aging process?

Studies have shown that even 30 mg or 100mg have helped patients with heart illness or conditions.

But Q10 is suppose to help increase cell oxygen inflow not only for the heart, but for muscles and skin as well ...

One thing that counteracts this is to dialate all your capillaries on a weekly basis. Sort of like exercising them. Large doses of niacin on an empty stomach will do this. Start with low doses and gradually increase them. You kind of have to anyway. I've been doing it for over 25 years and I need about 4 grams to equal the effect that 500 mg did in the beginning. That effect being the look of a real bad sunburn. Lasts about 4 hours.
 
I personally love CoQ10 based on what research I happen to have. I use 200 mg per day on and off since this is expensive.

Niacin is nothing short of a miracle itself as well in my opinion. Personally, I use it to measure when certain nutrients hit my bloodstream so I can better time my workouts. I also like the research on how it does exactly what booger said as well as apparently reduces blood cholesterol levels.
 
regarding niacin, i advise anybody to try a SMALL dosage, to see how you react, i tried it once and freaked out, since i took too much. it was only 500mg.
 
You'd definitely want to start out with small doses...50-100mg. Even then, you'll get a slight flushing reaction. Do that for a week and then bump it up again. 500 mg would be pretty scary to start off with.

LOL!!! I've given it to friends before and even though I warn them about its effect at even moderate dosages they don't believe me. You ought to see them cussing and swearing when their ears are burning and their skin itching. I've even seen a couple get the dry heaves. The effect becomes so imprinted on their psych that they never try it again. They miss out on all the benefits of it. It's some scary stuff for the unwary. I'll bet if I spiked someones drink with a couple of grams of it they'd think they were having a heart attack when the effects hit.

Mine works find. And I've been taking high doses once a week for about 25 years.
