CNN - Vitamin E reduces muscle soreness

According to this article on CNN's web page, 1000 IU of vitamin E helps reduce DOMS. I think I'll give it a try during this week's workouts and see how it works.
 
Makes sense,since it's scavenging free radical buildup(which occurs when you're tearing down muscle tissue).Anti-oxidants are definitely useful as part of the post-workout recovery routine IMO.
