easiest way I found to have sweets when your on a diet. A buddy gave me this recipe.
1 golden delicious apple
1/2 cp rice
1 Tblsp cinnamon
sweet and low add to your likings
say it isnt so butter 1 tblsp
dice up the apple and place it in a bowl. then add the rice and then add the rest of the ingredients. If you want the apple a little more soft then just place it all in the microwave for a min.
