Clomid

I'm about to start my first cycle ever. I have chosen Sustanon250 as the juice of choice, and I will be taking 500mg a week. I am 5'10" about 170lbs, 20 yrs old. I have nolvadex just in case for signs of gyno and clomid for post-cycle. I would like to know if this is a good cycle. I know I am a newbie to the boards, but i have been reading for the past year without actually becoming a member about cycles. I know with sus you take clomid post cycle approximately 3 weeks after your last injection. I have heard soo many different dosages for clomid though it's insane. Some people say 300mg a day for first day then 100mg for next 10 days then 50mg for next 10 days, and others say 100mg for 2 weeks. Could someone without flaming me please tell me the proper dosage for clomid post cycle as being a newbie this would help me out a lot, and please no assholes telling me to use the search i've already tried that...Thanks for the help

Run sust 10 weeks.
Week 14 start clomid
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2-11: 100mg
Day 12-21: 50mg
Day 22: Done
