Clomid - what to expect?

I'm using Clomid for the first time, just started yesterday to be a bit more exact - 200mg d1, 150 d2-5, 100 d6-10, 50 d10-21. What should I expect in regards to the following:
(just the effects of clomid treatment, not post-cyle blues)

Muscle loss, hardness, strength? Moodiness, depression, anxiety, loss of sex drive? Anything positive? And when should I notice it kicking in? What signs?

So, with this bitchyness continue after I finish? For how long? Does an ECA stack(like Xenadrine) help for enhancing one's mood during such a treatment?
