Clomid vs. Nolvadex

I know Clomid is a must for returning natural testosterone levels by means of FSH and LH through negative feedback. I've also read that Nolva has the same effect on the body with negative feedback and increased FSH and LH. I wanted to know if anyone has used nolvadex post cycle to help return natural test levels? I ask because it's easier to get nolva than clomid for some reason.

So can Nolvadex be used instead of clomid post-cycle????and if so how much per day and for how long????

I know there are some theories suggesting tamoxifen use post cycle to recover HPTA.I don't believe in nolvadex therapy after cycles to recover hpta.Stick with the clomid, i'm sure that,even if there is any recovery effect from the tamoxifen, clomid will still be a lot better choice for that purpose!Good luck, steve

nolva will not help recover your hpta by itself. There has recently been some who advocate nolva in conjuction w/ HCG. As HCG will boost your LH level and the nolva will prevent unwnted estrogenic effects. w_llewyn author of Anabolics 2002 is a big advocate of this stack. I might try it next time. Theoretically, there are less sides than clomid. If you only want one drug however, use clomid. It will help by itself. I would also recomend arimidex post cycle regardless of which you choose. I have done this, and I crash a lot harder w/o it. Just my 2cc

I have used tamaxafin....it works i had blood work done with no hcg

Fozy has the knowledge in this department, nolva is often prescribed by doctors for these situations.

Seems like Nolvadex can be used in place of Clomid. More research needs to be done.

For that purpose
Nolva will be weaker than clomid.
As for the Nolva HCG, HCG will greatly improve the test production and the nolva will also help to bring back natural test but its role is more an anti estrogens coz the hcg as potential to increase the estrogens production

hey iron long time no see

How is everything,,,,

I am going on replacement i never got satisfacvtory levels. I am banking sperm and then i fill my script for test.

Also starting my 3rd cycle in Jan. Guess things look good since i dont have to worry about clomid or nolva as far as raising test, Things have worked out for the best. Thanks for all the help along the way you are one vet I truley respect
