Clomid vs Nolvadex after testosterone

Question bros,
After doing a cycle of testosterone only 500mg a week for 8 weeks, which one is better and more effective between clomid and nolva as pct for recovering testosterone?
If I have to take both I will take both, but if I can do my pct with only one of them I prefer to do that, please let me know what you recommend, thanks bros.

Clomid and nolvadex are very similar. Both are SERMS and act in very similar ways in the body. They both cause an increase in LH and FSH, which in turn increase free testosterone levels in men.

The problem with them is that if you use a very high dosage of one, you can experience emotional side effects like mild depression. Most users use smaller dosages of both clomid and nolvadex instead of a high dosage of just one to prevent side effects.

After your cycle, run the perfect PCT protocol. It explains how to run a proper PCT after your cycle and goes through dosages, dosing schedule etc. -> http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

Yeah, one sucks and the other sucks more.

Although both of these SERMS are very similar, there are still certain differences between them. Therefore, it is best to use both, as they work in sinergy, so you would be getting the best of the two by using them together. Ideally, you should run the perfect PCT protocol as described here - http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

After all, the better the PCT, the more gains you will be able to keep, and the smoother will be the recovery. Therefore, you should never cut corners on a PCT.

They both suck but you will need to take both in order to make the recovery more efficient

Not true. Nolvadex does absolutely nothing to aid in recovery. Clomid may or may not help, but it's short lived and has a host of potential sides effects, making it not worth taking at all. I've recovered without Clomid many times.
