Clomid Therapy

I have searched through many posts and I have seen a few different answers to this, so I wanted to be sure. Clomid starts 3 weeks after last sust shot and clomid starts day after last winny shot. Is this right

An example would be
week 10 sust
week 14 clomid therapy begins

Winny can go till week 13, day before clomid therapy

Please tell me if I am correct with this
