Clomid or HCG?

Which one is more effective for pct or should I play it safe and use both?

Both, they do different things. HCG mimics LH and causes the testes to release endogenous test. This will fix shrunken balls.

Clomid is to encourage the body to release test on its own by preventing estrogen inhibition.

Sorry I meant to say that can I just use clomid instead of HCG pct? I will be also using nolva and prov throughout cycle

For sure use HCG if you have it. You also will need an anti-estrogen, clomid or nolva will both work but you need one.
