Clomid, Nolvadex or both???

To recover after a cycle, should one take clomid only or nolvadex only or both? My understanding is to take nolvadex starting about 4-6 weeks into a cycle and take clomid at the end of the cycle. Suggestions, thoughts?

cycle is:
week 1
250 mg Sustenon 250

week 2 - 5
500 mg Sust

week 6 - 9
500 mg Sust
20mg Halos ED

week 10
250 mg Sust

You don’t need Nolvadex with Clomid


50mgs a day for 25-30 days and you will recover,


If that doesn’t work and it usually does, you can do HCG



500iu for 10 days with nolvadex or 1500iu twice a week for three weeks with nolvadex,
