Clomid has worked wonders for me..

As most of you that have been on the board know, I had to abruptly end a very good cycle due to health reasons. Obviously due to the nature of the issues I have been concerned about any drug that I put into my body. But, I still needed some type of post cycle therapy, I would rather be dead than walking around with bitch tits. So I talked it over with my doc and I told him that I needed to do the clomid and nolvadex to get my system back in order. There has been a lot of controversy over clomid, I am here to tell you that it has been six weeks since my last shot and I am hornier than hell, balls are back to normal and the cum shots feel like my old self. So, for those of you thinking about it, I totally recommend it. One more thing, my doses were not mega high if anything they were below recommended, I started with 100mgs per day for seven days plus 20 mgs of nolva, then went down to 50 mgs. per day plus the 20 mgs of nova. Oh, did I mention that I was on for 9 months, including Deca!

I guess there is no interest in this topic. Seems like when Nelson wants to debate it there is always controversy..well these are real numbers and results for the pool of clomid vs no clomid.

Glad to gear it worked out for you bro.

Of course, since it's been 6 months since your last shot, you could have been on your way back anyway, but I'll concede, you're one of the lucky ones.

I never said it didn't work in everybody. My claim is that it isn't a sure thing. It won't prevent gyno in some cases. It does little to restore T in many cases. It's overused. And it can backfire and cause an increase in estrogen. Also, it can be avoided with proper cycling. Deca? Bad choice. No proviron? Bad choice.

Also, the fact that you were on for 9 months straight, pretty much makes the whole thing a non- issue. A 3/4 of a year cycle followed by a 1/2 year post cycle therepy is simply not the normal, nor the wisest procedure. And you say you had to cut it SHORT? And you had health problems? I can't imagine why.

Glad to hear you're feeling better.

Thanks Nelson. I am feeling a lot better. Scary stuff when you are young. Anyway it was six weeks since the last shot. Honestly, essentially, once I started the clomid and nolva...things returned very quickly..my girlfriend did not notice any difference. Now, because of my illness( Heart Attack), I haven't lifted for four weeks either.

My mistake. 6 weeks.

Heart attack? Dude, that's scary shit. How old are you? How'd it happen? (The extra weight? )

Are you capable of doing light exercise? Because if so, you should do it. No more gear for you bro -- outside of HRT dosages, if needed. (A suppressed HPTA can increase the risk of HA) Just get healthy.

I posted this earlier but to bring you up to speed. Some plaque broke off in my artery on the right side of my heart..when this happens the body reacts by forming a blood clot. This blood clot blocks the artery, therfore, cutting off any oxygen or blood to the heart. I had no idea what was happening..I had pain between my clavacles in my upper back and I started sweating like I had just run a marathon. My jaw started to hurt and that's when I went to the emergency room, I walked in, signed in and waited.
I had no idea. Next thing I know they call me back give me an ekg
and start popping nitro under my tounge. Once they opened they flow (using a drug ), they had me stabalized. The next morning I had the catheter put up through my thigh and then they put in a stint to keep the artery open.

Why? they cannot tell me, I was honest about the AS use, my doc was very cool. Lusciousbrown posted a good response to this episode. Anyway, clomid has really done me right.

And Nelson, yes I take full responsibility for what happened to me.
And that is hard when you sitting there in the hospital thinking I may have done this to myself.

heavy duty bro.

good to hear you're allright.

by the way.....did your doc mention anything about discontinuing lifting?

Satch, I was lucky as heart attacks go, I know that sounds weird but I had a MI on the right side of the heart which is the best place(if your going to have one) too have one.

I can start this week lifting. 70% of my normal weight then progress. I have employed an excercise physiologist to help. He is part of my Cardio Vascular Rehab.. I lost 15 % of my heart function and he believes that I can get 10% or more back.

Thanks for asking.

Again, I emplore you all to get counsel if you have any symptoms of breathing problems or other symptoms of high blood pressure, high ldl, low hdl..etc.
