Anti-estrogen is what it's known for. But I read from time to time that it is also an estrogen itself. So if I want to take Clomid for it's anti-estrogen effects...I'm ACTUALLY doing the opposite?! I'm actually putting estrogen into my body?!

To answer your question...Yes, clomid is essentially a very weak estrogen. You are "putting estrogen into your body". Its advatage, though, is that it prevents your own much more potent estrogen from binding to your estrogen recepters. The end result is less estrogenic sides. So, it can be thought of as an anti-e.
BTW, if you are still on GH then you probably want to avoid clomid. It decreases IGF-1 secretion, which is the whole reason you are taking the GH.
