Clomid during cycle?

I read an article on here a few days ago talking about the "perfect cycle". In there it talked about the idea of taking clomid during the cycle? I was wondering what other people thought about this?

I know that you take it at the end (3 weeks after last long ester etc.). I am in the middle of a cycle now 400 Deca , 500 Test, 35 mg Dbol. I front loaded and will take Winny out the back in place of the D.

About 4 weeks in I was planning on taking some HCG and depending on this thread, maybe a little clomid? I have Nolv and Prov to but I was only planning on taking them at the end of the cycle and post cycle.

I would stick with your original plan and only take them after the cycle is finished. Why would you take HCG 4 weeks in, unless you stay on all year. The clomid will not do shit in mid cycle.

I dont know where the hell taking clomid got lost while on cycle?

Clomid will not block the process of estrogen conversion but will block receptor sites especially in the breast tissue. The main reason for using eod on cycle is to maintain a constant "jumpstart" if you will of natural test production helping to solidify gains an bring your hpta back up to par more quickly.

I say using it 50mg eod is a smart idea, including post clomid therapy.

If the Clomid is being used for anti estrogen purposes it is simply too weak. I still don't think it will help, but I also don't think it will hurt you either. Take it if you insist but 3 weeks of post cycle usage brings T levels up just fine.

Terminator, can you show me a study that proves that clomiphene citrate is "weak" when used as an anti-E. Ive been using it for years and its proved its worthiness to me..

Weak when compared to drugs like Nolvadex or Arimidex. When my nips get sensitive I would want something stronger like the aforementioned. I believe it was Anabolics 2000 that states that clomid is a weak anti-E when compared to others available. I can't say for sure if that is the book as I just finished packing up my stuff since I am in the process of moving. Wouldn't you rather use the stronger drugs available.....no need to chance it when it comes to things like gyno

While we're talking about clomid, I've been wondering something. If it is a female hormone, I don't understand why it could not cause gyno. I'm sure that I'm way off base here, but I'm very perplexed as to the mechanisms that make it effective in jumpstarting natural test levels.

Terminiator, why would I need to take HCG only if I cycle all year round? I notice that I tend to shut down pretty hard around week 4. From what I have read on this board and others, it is good to take it mid cycle and just before you get off of a cycle.

Anyone take HCG mid cycle? If so, how much, how often, how long? Can I use an insulin needle for this as well?

I don't see why you would take HCG until after the cycle. If you take it in the 4th week sure it will give you a quick jolt of natural test, but then BAM! it shuts right back off again. Some guys who stay on for prolonged periods, i.e. top level BB's, will take a shot of it during the cycle to give a quick jumpstart to the testes, but the reality is they shut right back down again. If you were to stay on all year like top level BB's then would want to jumpstart the natural test every now and then just to make sure your nuts might still work when you eventually come off.
