Clomid during cycle to keep nuts big?

Read an article (look a few posts down on avoiding AS sides) that discussed taking a minimal amount of clomid (25mg/ed or eod, can't remember) during a cycle to reduce testicular shrinkage...

Although the article was about test I'm curious if it'll apply to my future eq/winny/anavar cycle as well... Wouldn't mind keeping deez nuts while on...

clomid isnt gonna stop being shut down if used during cycle. It can be used to fight estrogen sides though. See the FAQ

Yeah, I actually looked for an ans in the faq before posting but couldn't figure it out. Does "shutting down" the HPTA imply ball shrinkage? The other article (shit, I wish I had the link... does anyone?) contradicts that and actually cites scientific studies as a reference.

Look, clomid stops the hpta's inhibition by estrogen. However, estrogen is not the only culprit in down regulation of the hpta, so clomid will not stop the boys from shrinking. However, Zyg is right on as using it as an anti-e.

Thats is a definate possibility, but it can not be used as a sole indicator or even a good indicator if you ask me. Bloodwork is the only way. For example, after last fina cycle I had no noticable testicular atrophy, however a couple days after last inj, I was out of commision big time(ie no test production, no labido, zip, zero zilch). After about a week on clomid starting to get morning wood again. Not everyone will have teste's shrink.
