clomid and post cycle androgen crash

whats making me feel this way, i am in a gloomy mood all day and highly iritable, i dunno im usually a dick anyways but man im consumed with giult and worry like theres no tomorrow, alot of weak aspects of my life are HIGHLY magnified. this experience is either gonna make or brake me. i feel weired too i can see charactor flaws with myself that i didnt see in a long while i thought i took care of them but i guess i was wrong, im not saying i regret my choice on ababolic steroids i may do it again in the future. CAN CLOMID BE THE CULPRIT OF MY DARK CLOUD when does it end? should i give HGC a shot to see if i get balanced out or just wait out the clomid therapy?

Yes, clomid can make you very emotional. It's a synthetic estrogen.


I've heard men talk about crying after watching Gladiator on clomid.


And the hCG is a bad idea. Can delay your recovery.

Iam going thru the exact same scenario, its the fucking clomid. Some of us get that reaction- your are bombing your system with estrogen- thats what clomid is....a fertility drug, its supposed to occupy the estro receptors and send a signal to the brain that there is too much and to start up the test factory- this is a very simplistic explaination- tell me more

this is what i been doing since i went on clomid
reaearching eating disorders
watch "shows" all day (if im not at work)
looking into specific support groups on the net
fliping through the yellow pages looking for a shrink

i just dont feel like myself wtf should i do?? tell me this is all over after clomid therapy..pleeez

georgie24, my friend I just told you thats what it is, one of the Big guys on the board told me to start Proviron, the androgen spike from this will help you feel better. I have had the same shit for the last few weeks-what you described- stop the clomid. It causes me sexual disfunction also-cant perform or have the desire to, since I stopped I feel alot better, my proviron is on the way. I accidently shut myself off with too much HCG, I was about 18wks post cycle and decided to increase my natural test production. I had been using Arimidex for several weeks doing great @ .05ml eod. My theory is that my estro was suppressed my adro level normal to high, and when I introduced HCG- it sent a negative feed back loop to the hpt axis causing me to shut down. HCG has always worked well for me, this was the first time I fucked up with it. I get great results with it , normally. If I dont get back to normal soon, I will introduce HCG again @1500iu every 4 days.

Yep, it is most likely the combination of Clomid and androgen crash... As Twitched has said, do not use HCG post cycle it will further complicate the problem. If you can get your hands on some Proviron it will alleviate most if not all of the problems you are experiencing. Low dose (50mgs) will improve your moods, sex drive, motivation, etc, etc.. Keep the dose low and it should cause no effect on your recovery.

I had the same expierence with my first cycle but I'm currently in 2nd post cycle and using Proviron. It works great and I'm only taking 25mg ed.
