Just last week I did 3 sets of curls with the baby blue db's.




I'm hoping that I'll be recovered enough by monday to go back to the gym. :worried:

Isn't Chat and Conversation supposed to be about personal training? Would you mind explaining your irrational replies to my post? Spam?? Spam is when you get email into your PERSONAL email account, trying to pitch a product or con you for money. My posting is asking if any PT's ever had clients from hell. First time on this site. Like I'm supposed to know that "Chat and Conversation" does NOT apply to personal trainers, even though it's part of a PT sight? Once again, explain yourselves.

Honestly, you are going to get very few serious answers on C&C. There was a time where you could come here with serious issues and get about 3/4 of the replies as serious responces to your question, not any more.

As for the way that the chat board is. It's driven by the members. It's only as good or bad as the members who make up the board. The same as all the boards on the net.


If you choose to stay around there is a very good women's training board.
