Just started taking Clen & Anavar...question on the Clen, i'm only going to take 3, 5mg tabs a day max, what time of day is best to take them? I usually work out between 4 & 5pm. Thanks
 
Best is earlier --- it will primarilty depend on how well you can sleep w/ it. If its affecting the quality of your sleep, whatever value you get from the fatburning effects will be lost to shitty recovery.

I'd do it first thing in the morning, see how long you notice before it wears off & then reload. But do it before 3 pm. I think general in practice experience says to not pop thermos after 3-ish pm because then it will affect your sleep. You can experiment to find out what your tolerance is but those are the guidelines.

Thanks what i've been doing, but i'm trying to take 3 a day and that is hard to fit all into the morning. I took one at 830, 1200 and 300, but is that too close together?

If you plan on taking 5mg clen tabs.....call 911 before hand.


The dosing on clen is in mcg(MICROGRAMS) not milligrams.


Now - by the dosing (5 mg) I suume you are referring to the anavar and not the clen??

5 mg nor 5 mcg on the Clen isnt really possible.

Clen has a 36 hour half life, which means the next day when you take more, it's still very much active in your body... if you're not used to sleeping on stimulants it may take some time to get used to.

Take your full clen dosage in the morning (although it doesn't really matter due to the long half life of it) ... in MCG as Shadow pointed out :)

People usually use a pyramid ramp up with clen as well...

Example for a MAN (not sure how female with much less bodyweight will dose it):

day 1: 20mcg
day 2: 30mcg
day 3: 40mcg

...and so on for 2 weeks, some take larger jumps... 2 week on 2 off alot of people go by.

Not sure on these, bought them by the tabs, he never did show me the bottle, i'm guessing they're Syrus as well. I'm going to email him and find out!

Are they round and peach?
 
While I understand Sarge's point...spread the dosage - most folks do ok on the one dose per day until day 3-4...the concentrated dosing allows a HUGE Spike into the system and can cause crippling migraines.

Rule of thumb.......speading the dosage evenly into the day yields more stable blood levels than once per day for AN half-life.


Again - not a big deal in general - but the clen shakes/headache can be pretty bad

I like the idea of spreading them over a period of time. I don't think I can handle taking a full dosage at once! I've been taking them every 3 hours up until 3pm, only max of 3 tabs a day and that seems to help, a little shaky, but not bad at all!!
 
I would start with 99 mg of potassium and 500 mg taurine with each clen

By spreading them out over the course of the day you also have more control over your response - if you load a bunch in the morning cuz that's your scheduled dose, then you have to ride out the whole dose all day which can be rough if its too much. On incremental dose you can increase or not at each time interval.
 
So, if I understand correctly, you started taking the supps already? Without having a dosing plan in place? Interesting.

I already had my dosage plan, however, wanted to get suggestions from other people, thanks
 
Well i'm back...I started Nov5th on Clen and I would not recommend this for anyone. I started at taking only 1 then went up to 2. I had shakes, which is normal and headaches. So I cut back to 1 1/2. (they recommend a woman to take 4-5 a day, i'm sure I would have been dead!!) My muscles started cramping, even with potassium and taurine and drinking almost 5 litres of water a day. I found that I got tired easliy at the gym. I was at work one day and I yawned...took a real painful cramp in the fround of my thoat then another one yesterday....woke up in the middle of the night with a cramp in my calf..I actually have 2 days left on the clen and i'm stopping today, it's not worth it...i'm going back on the ECA stack. But hey, i'm stubborn, had to try it!!!

I'm still going to continue with the anavar and hopefully started seeing a major diff next week!

Glad to hear that you found out first hand about sides on something like clen versus an anabolic. The clen side go pretty quickly...

Please post up about the var......keep note of any sides AS SOON AS you see them(if you see them)
 
Trust me, i'll keep u guys posted...clen never again!! well, unless i'm competing, so never again!! Sticking with my good ol ECA!! So far with the anavar, so side effects so far, the clen made sure of that! The only thing that I noticed last week is that I had a much better pump at the gym, did tire quickly, but after reviewing my diet, I was not getting enough carbs...on the days I did have carbs, did notice an increase in strength. So, I'm keeping my intake of protein high, but i'm also adding in some good carbs...had some oats for breakfest with 1 egg and egg whites, not bad! Think I can handle this. I'm sure next week, i'll see more results, especiallyl where I changed my eatting once again!

Plus kinda missed my coffee and tea....I quit that while I was on the clen
 
Consider adding creatine.....


Var is a FANTASTIC potentiator for Creatine.

Think of it as 1 + 1 = 4


Add it in and you will literally boost gains by 35-50%
 
Sweet, I was thinking about that...what about N.O-Xplode(had no bloating)? I tried that 2 months ago, not bad...but should I just stick with Creatine or just take the Xplode?
 
Thanks, i'll start taking that today...I took cell tech in the past and found that I got wicked strength but bloated to hell. Don't want that look
