do a search for 'Clenbuterol FAQ' and I'm sure you'll find a lot of answers to your questions.
This is just info that i'll pass along to you from others on this board.
1) Drink 1.5 gallon(s) of water a day
2) Taurine is CLUTCH, 2+ grams a day a little before workout
3) never take Clenbuterol after 3pm
I personally didn't like clenbuterol. It seemed that my strength was diminishing. I would be doing ez bar curls.. with weight that I'm 100% comfortable with and 6 reps into my set of 12 I'd hit a brick wall and have to stop.
I wasn't losing any inches from my arms, but my strength was messed.
I hopped off Clenbuterol, put together a nice eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin and liked it.
Now I use Lipoflame! I don't up talk anything I don't like, but this stuff works fine for me. I take it before school in the early am for wake up cardio sessions. Cool moods and focus it puts me in, without any jitters (except when i took 3 on a dry stomach), or crashes.
And i'm still at the same BF% as I was taking the eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin 3 months ago, and i weigh 10 more pounds !
