Clenbuterol sides ?

Anyone else have real bad muscle cramps while on clenbuterol ? I have had it real bad while on and getting bad headaches. I tried taking Potassium and I already take multi-vitas but cant seem to rid the sides. I go off the clen and I fine. I like the results but dam hate the cramps.
 
Some people (many) get Clen cramps. Take a lot (i.e. 1-2+) grams of Taurine a day and you should be fine.

And do be careful in general with Clen. Its pretty harsh stuff. Have you exhausted other weightloss drugs already or did you go straight to clen?

Sounds crazy, but for some reason the upper-end off-the-shelf diet pills (i.e. GNC) work better for me.

Clen gives me shakes, cramps and makes me more irritable. Also, it does seem to impair athletic performance (no study to quote, just a personal observation). IMO its good for guys getting off cycle who want to workout 1.5-2 hours a day and cut-up but doesn't mix well with other sports.
 
I might not be taking enough potassium. I will step it up and try that but so far dont like it. It has not messed with my attitude any. I like the jitters that does not bother me one bit.
 
i used 2 get mild cramps but only if i was posing hard or made a sharp sudden movement with a bodypart. 4 some reason my feet would cramp more tha anything.

i take 1g of taurine with every clen dose & havent had any cramps ever since.

This is just info that i'll pass along to you from others on this board.
1) Drink 1.5 gallon(s) of water a day
2) Taurine is CLUTCH, 2+ grams a day a little before workout
3) never take clen after 3pm

I personally didn't like clenbuterol. It seemed that my strength was diminishing. I would be doing ez bar curls.. with weight that I'm 100% comfortable with and 6 reps into my set of 12 I'd hit a brick wall and have to stop.
I wasn't losing any inches from my arms, but my strength was messed.

I hopped off clen, put together a nice ECA and liked it.
Now I use Lipoflame! I don't up talk anything I don't like, but this stuff works fine for me. I take it before school in the early am for wake up cardio sessions. Cool moods and focus it puts me in, without any jitters (except when i took 3 on a dry stomach), or crashes.
And i'm still at the same BF% as I was taking the eca 3 months ago, and i weigh 10 more pounds !

ive noticed the strength loss as well but i cant say its due to clen, perhaps partly. i think, at least for me it had 2 do with restricted caloric intake, specifically carbs.
 
I had some very very bad sides the first week of clen...Pounding headaches, terrible cramps, it went away after the first 3-4 days but I almost stopped. I had some decent results by the end of the 2 weeks...about 8 lbs.

2-3g of Taurine a day will help and drink plenty of H20.

good advice ^^^^for, imo, a brutal drug.

I like albuterol --nice short half life and few side for this older guy (41)
 
Clen is not only used in cutting where its anti catabolic action can reduce muscle wasting on a tight diet by several kgs, but also as an almost catabolic action on muscle fibres in a steriod based bulking cycle. It can be coupled with an intense workout on a lagging bodypart to stimulate growth where you will find the pumps are so intense that they reward you with a soreness that does trigger growth. Under this regime it is necessary to step up protein intake, BCAA's & taurine as recommended above. Clen does accelerate their destruction. Clen can be mini cycled 3 days on, 3 days off to allow the body to adapt.

that sounds familiar...
the worst is can't sleep.
other sides a treatable/bearable.
all in all, i like clen. both for cutting and pct.
