Clenbuterol legallity

Ok guys, I have researched and looked all through this forumn on this and have not found any real answer to this question. I realize that Clenbuterol is not approved in the USA, and have seen conflicting answers to whether you can order it legally from an online pharmacy. I have seen some people say you can import an >90 day supply, and others say it will be seized by customs, and others say it just depends on the customs agent. So what is the real deal? If customs would happen to seize it, would there be any possible legal actions by the United States Govt against you? Would you be fined, or just get a letter saying it was confiscated (as my result when I ordered Absinthe; got a few orders in, just one seized)?

thanks for any input you all will provide, as I am just weighing the risks of ordering any. I would be probably ordering under a 90 supply, more like a month supply to get into some shape, and lose some weight, and am not looking into resale.

Thats because different things happen. Bros get seizure letters all the time, and bros get controlled deliveries too. There is obviously no hard and fast rule on when a controlled delivery will happen. Are you likely to get a controlled delivery if you order 60 tabs of clen? Not likely, but ofcourse possible. Will it be a "big problem" if you do? Not if you have a "clean house". So, you need to decide if you want to take the risk. No one can answer that for you. For examples of situations, search under "controlled delivery" and you will get all you want.

Clen is not FDA approuved so it's not allowed to go through, sometimes it will but it's not suppose to...

yeah, I'd stick to stuff that hasn't been banned by the FDA for internet pharms, although it seems unlikely that they'd do a controlled delivery vs just siezing it if that's all there is....
