that means 200mcg per ML.. in total your bottle contains 6000mcg.. so depending on your dose you decide on the volume.. For example if you needed 50mcg you would take 0.25mL of liquid.

Oh god, you ordered it without researching it first.

The first thing you need is a syringe so you can ACCURATELY measure up the amount you need. Do not guess. Do not use the "dropper" method. This isn't something to take chances with.

More specific, AAP means an insulin needle..

100mcg is a pretty hefty dose for someone experienced to work up to, i'd never fuck with this, i'd rather run dnp powder (not crystal). Whatever to each their own.
