After being off clen for months, I took 100mcg today as I am doing some quick cutting before I bulk on this AAS cycle. What an amazing difference taking clen after being clean for several weeks. I checked my heartrate out of curiosity and it is a steady 110-114 at rest!
I've been doing cardio every day for the last 2 weeks, but I'm thinking I could skip cardio today and still be burning a hell of a lot of fat. Would cardio on top be too much?
