Clenbuterol. First time, please help.

Clenbuterol, I'm going taking it for the 1st time. Advice please

I bought the Clenbuterol 0.04mg Hubei Huangshi Nanshang Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. It says they're from China on the box.


I am going to be taking Clenbeutrol for the first time and would like some help. I'm going to try the 2 on/2 off week. I know to take Taruine. But during the off weeks what should I take so I can get awesome results?

What is Clenbuterol?

Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist and is used in many countries as a broncodilator
for the treatment of asthma. Because of it's long half life, clenbuterol is not
FDA approved for medical use. It is a central nervous system stimulant and acts
like adrenaline. It shares many of the same side effects as other CNS stimulants
like ephedrine. Contrary to popular belief, Clenbuterol has a half life of 35
hours and not 48 hours.

Dosing and Cycling

Clenbuterol comes in 20mcg tablets, although it is also available in syrup, pump
and injectable form. It's also available as a powder in some areas. Doses are
very dependent on how well the user responds to the side effects, but somewhere
in the range of 4-8 tablets per day for men and 2-4 tablets a day for women is
most common. Clenbuterol loses its thermogenic effects after around 8 weeks when
body temperature drops back to normal. Its anabolic/anti-catabolic properties
fade away at around the 18 day mark. Taking the long half life into
consideration, the most effective way of cycling clen is 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
for no more than 12 weeks. Ephedrine or Yohimbine can be used in the off weeks.

Clenbuterol vs Ephedrine vs DNP

Ephedrine will raise metabolic levels by about 2-3 percent and 200mg of DNP
raises metabolic levels by about 30 percent. Clenbuterol raises metabolic levels
about 10 percent and it can raise body temperature several degrees.

DNP is by far the most effective fat burner but many people will never use it
because of the risks associated with it. It also offers no anti-catabolic
benefit. Although it does have anti-catabolic effect, ephedrine's short
half-life prevents it from being all that effective.

As far as side effects, Clenbuterol's are certainly milder than DNP's, and some
would even say milder than an ECA stack. There is no ECA-style crash on
Clenbuterol and many users find it easier on the prostate and sex drive. This
may in part be due to the fact that Clen is generally used for only 2 weeks at a
time.

VOMITING
CHEST PAIN

The most significant side effects are muscle cramps, nervousness, headaches, and
increased blood pressure.

Muscle cramps can be avoided by drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water and consuming
bananas and oranges or supplementing with potassium tablets at 200-400mg a
day taken before bed on an empty stomach. Taurine at 3-5grams is a necessity in
minimizing cramps.

Headaches can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taking at the first
signs of a headache.

Common Uses

Post-Cycle Therapy: Clen is used post cycle to aid in recovery. It allows the
user to continue eating large amounts of food, without worrying about adding
body fat. It also helps the user maintain more of his strength as well as his
intensity in the gym. Diet: Roughly the same as on cycle.

Fat loss: The most popular use for Clen, it also increases muscle hardness,
vascularity, strength and size on a caloric deficit. For the most significant
fat loss, Clen can be stacked with T3. Diet: A high protein(1.5g per lb of
bodyweight), moderate carb(0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight), low fat diet(0.25g
per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen.

Alternative to Steroids: Clenbuterol has mild steroid-like properties and can be
used by non-AS using bodybuilder to increase LBM as well as strength and muscle
hardness. Diet: A moderate carb, high protein, moderate fat diet work well.

Stimulant/Performance Enhancement: It can be used as a stimulant, but an ECA
stack may be a better choice because of it's much shorter half-life. Diet: To
take full advantage of the stimulatory effects of Clen, carbohydrates must be
included in the diet. Ketogenic diets do not work well in this case.

Precautions: Is Clen for you?

The same precautions that apply to Ephedrine must be applied to Clen, although
some people find ECA stacks are harsher than Clen. It should not be stacked
with other CNS stimulants such as Ephedrine and Yohimbine. These combinations
are unnecessary and potentially dangerous. Caffeine can be used in moderation
before a workout for an extra quick. burst of energy.

A word on Ketotifen

Ketotifen is safe antihistamine used extensively some European countries to
treat asthma and allergies. It can up regulate beta-2-receptors that Clen down
regulates. Basically, it allows users to extend their use of Clen for 6-8 weeks
at a time. 2-3mg a day is ideal, 10mg as found in "superclen" can make users
extremely drowsy. It also increases the effectiveness of Clen so doses must be
adjusted accordingly. The downfall of this drug is its ability to induce
extreme hunger is some people, which is not a desirable state to be in when
dieting.

Cycling Clenbuterol

Most users that report bad side effects and discontinue use are those who use
high doses right at the start of the cycle. The worst side effects occur within
the first 3-4 days of use.

A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab
until the side effects are not tolerable

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

What else do I need to know?

Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle
cramps. It's a must with Clen.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.

Do not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
 
I had great sucess with clen, but from what i read there is no need to taper off at then end so stay at like 100 or 120 till the 2 weeks is up. Also, take benadryl to clean the receptors during your off weeks, as this will help your body for the upcoming weeks. I used these same pills and i had great results, i did 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks of ECY and then another 2 weeks of clen. I dropped from about 14.5% bf down to 10% in the 6 weeks.

Im on day 7 as well...and Im noticing some body fat loss...nothing amazing, however i havent even bumped up to 80mcg yet...think i might try it tomorrow. However, Im a bit shaky on only 60mcg of Ventolase clen. I havent started Taurine yet either...going to buy it tomorrow. I have to admit Im a bit nervous about taking too many pills, dont want any heart trouble. Should 80mcg do the trick provided my food intake is clean and the cardio is there?

Everyone is different with clen,by day 7 i would already be up around 160 probably but that's me,i have a high tolerance. Try 80mcg's and if it's to much just bump it back down,from what i read 100-120mcg's seem's to be the normal average that most people do. Do get that taurine cause your going to start getting some horrible cramps without it.

I'm on day 11 of clen, and i'm up to 220mcg...it seems to have no effect on me. I want to up it to 240mcg or even 260mcg but fuck that. I think my recptors are already done with clen.

Just bought it an hour ago...Mr X suggests 2-3g a day, I guess ill start with 1g in the morning and another gram mid afternoon...because I def dont want cramps...thanks guys for the input...i did pop another 40 mcgs today to today was my first day on 80mcs and the only real effect is my damn hands are shaky!! no biggie though....thanks again guys
 
there is a drink called bookoo. 3000 mg of tauring in one can with tons of vitamin b. no calories. great when you are on clen.

Good info bro, there's also another drink called monster. I think it has 1g of taurine....word of advice though DO NOT DRINK THIS DRINK PLUS 2 THERMOREXINS PLUS 80MCG OF CLEN EARLY IN THE MORNING. I almost chucked on the way to work.

It's fine to take the taurine all at once,i just put mine in my water bottle when i do my morning cardio,taurine doesn't really have a taste to it when mixed with a liquid.
 
shit man I hit 120 on day 4(this is my first time with this"wonder drug") I was a little shaky but overall I felt pretty good so I guess I just have a high tolerance. And I'm serious when i say this shit is REALLY working great, I'm def on the clen band wagon. Props to all those who have recommended it!!!!1

If your on 120 at day 4 i bet it is working,i'm surprised you can type. I did 200mcg's my first time but i ramped it up a bit slower than you did,just make sure to take your taurine for the cramp's cause if you don't it really suck's cause it will take awhile for the cramp's to go away.
 
yeah the shakes were kind abad through like day 5 or 6 but they subsided quite a bit. And yes I've definately been taking taurine and pottasium, I forgot to the other day and believe it or not when I was taking a piss my fucking taint cramped. WOW thats some horrible shit, I was like WTF is this!!!
 
The shakes subside for me also after about day 8 or so,then i start taking trex for a boost,actually i usually use it throughout the whole time.

Okay, I'm sorry to be asking questions you guys are probably tired of hearing over and over again but how many pills should I stop at a day. I'm going to start my first day of taking Clen with 1 pill, the 2nd day with 2 pills, the 3rd day with 3 pills and so on so forth. I'm a 19 and a female, about 5'5 and 135 lbs. :(

I'm going to try the 2 weeks on/2weeks off and then take Trex on my off cycle. I was wondering on how I should take those as well. Also, how much Taurine and Potassium I need to take.

I've been reading a lot on this board and its my first time to take Clen and I want to do it right because I don't want to end up in the hospital or something, lol. So please give me the best advice you've got.

Normal ECA type stacks have never really affected me in any noticable way, whereas clen ramps up my heart rate like a mofo pretty quickly. The most I can tolerate is 80mcg. Im sure as I get used to it more over the next several cycles, I will be able to do more... but for now, at only 80mcg my resting heart rate is just over 100 and that is as high as Im willing to go. I also get pretty decent head aches sometimes. Plus, the results I have gotten from a slow taper up and down at that dosage, have been pretty good, so no need to go crazy. I cant believe that some people are taking 200mcg... maybe differences in strengths?

I also stack with T3.. my last stack melted quite a bit of fat away, I was very pleased with the results... and considering the fact that a 100 count bottle of clen AND a bottle of T3 costs less than a fucking bottle of hydroxyfuct makes it a bargain :)

I take trex with my clen to give me energy since clen puts me to sleep. Trex is not ephedra.

I find 3-4g of taurine work's for me,with the potassium i usually just eat a few banannas every day. Your ramping the dosage up right but i'm not sure what the recommended max dosage is for a female,most guy's go to around 120,somewhere around there at least. Hopefully someone will know this answer for you better than i. Maybe ask this in the female section,they would know for sure.
 
I'm on day 4 of clen and took 120 today. I take my daily multi vitamin, potassium and taurine with it as well. The first couple of days on clen I got a couples of headaches but wasn't sure if it was from the clen or the extreme heat we've been having here lately. It wasn't as bad as the usual headaches I sometimes get though. I get a little shakey but nothing to bad. I get no cramps at all. I took my blood pressure while on this and it seems to be at a normal range 112/65 and my pulse was 122. I really don't feel any different when I'm on clen as to when I'm not taking it, so I hope its working.

by the time I got to 120 I wasn't feeling shit. Today is my first ephederine day. two weeks then back on clen. so far I am not impressed with clen

How many pills of Benadryl should I take during my off weeks and do I take them everday during my whle 2 weeks off? Also, I'm going to take 3 pills of Trex a day during my off weeks, does this sound about right?

122 resting??? I would NOT want my resting heart rate to get that high.. that is probably over 50% higher than normal and that CAN lead to long term damage... I dont let my heart rate get over 100-105 now... may be a personal thing but 122 seems VERY high to me

Well, I wasn't really doing anything, no working out, just doing the regular walking around. Maybe I should lower my dosage?
 
122 is ridiculously high girl! Yeah, back off the dosage... Sounds like you are in a hurry to lose weight. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!
