I have usually tried to do things naturally, but I have started using Xenadrine etc. in small amounts in the last year or so. Supplements and clen etc. is all new to me, so could you please explain why you think Xenadrine is dangerous and yet not ephedrine, eca stack, clen and caffeine etc.?

I should have been more clear.

Xenadrine/ Ripped Fuel/ Hydroxycut and other "natural" supplements are dangerous because they are considered safe. Confused? They are sold otc, so people consider them completely safe and abuse them to dangerous levels without even giving it a second thought. Clen or straight ephedrine HCL are not sold as weight loss supplements, so people that buy these generally know what they are doing.

These natural supplements are very inconsistent as far as the potency of each batch and that may cause some complications. The dose recommendations on these products are downright scary. They also add a slew of other supplements in there products that may or may not be dangerous.

Supplements should be used in moderation they can be as dangerous as certain drugs. Some people will chug 30g of creatine without even thinking about it.

Ephedrine/Ephedra is as dangerous as clen and should be used in moderation.
 
dosages are quite an individual thing, as bigandy mentioned. i did clen, and i had the syrup...350 mls at 25 mcgs/ml...so quantity was not a problem. i started off at 20 mcg's per day...and gradually worked my way up to around 200 mcg's per day...then i had the best results...only side affect i had was a resting heart beat of 95 or so.

when you mention the example of the second cycle...that means the 4th week your on in it, assuming your doing 2 weeks on, two weeks off, right? meaning after your first two weeks, the second cycle would be the start of your 4th week, correct?

and if im doing a 10-12 week cycle of clen, should i stay at the dossage of the example of the second cycle, for the remainder of the 10-12 weeks? or should i keep raising it every time i cycle on it during the 10-12 weeks? thanks

Yes, I meant that the second cycle starts after the 2 week off period.

As far as increasing doses I don't see the point in going over 120mcg. (140mcg if you are more experienced.)

You will just be able to reach your maximum dose QUICKER.

That means the third cycle, you may start at 80mcg, and then 100, 100 and then 120. Basically you reached your maximum dose on the 3-4th day as opposed to the 6-7 th day on your second. (Just an example, everyone is different)
 
Have to bump this up, very good info and with spring coming up I'm sure this will come in handy for a lot of bro's.
