yea taurine is for the joints i think i used it but it didnt do much so i stopped takin it ..i did alot of cardio on it .. it didnt stop me but hey everyone is different .. i was gonna say start at 60 mcg and go up to 100 but u know what u doin bro..seems like u got it down ..during the 2 weeks off eat a good diet ,cardio, use lipoflame stuff roxs ...
