Clenbuterol 4th day

I am on clen right now as well.
I was advised to take the doses evenly spaced throughtout the day, but no later than 4 p.m. and NOT to take them all at once.
 
As it was stated before they have a long halflife, you should take them all at once and it should be in the am so it doesnt mess with your sleep.
 
But I do take them in the AM and I knock out! I almost crashed driving to the gym! This happend to a few members here.
 
The clen is going to be well in your system at night and even the next morning, whether you take them at 4am or 4pm.
 
Personally I find I'm most wired up to 4 hours after last ingestion. After that I'm not too bad.
What I do is take half my day's dosage in the morning, after breakfast. The other one I take after lunch around 2pm.
If I take it after 4pm my sleep suffers.

I keep reading on clen, and in this thread i saw it again on how you have to increase your dosage 1 tablet everyday till you reach 120 mcgs, or the side effects become overbearing, why? Why can't you just take a steady dosage of 1-3 tablets a day to 8-10 weeks? Is this because, as soon as you take 1 tablet, your body adjusts, and builds a tolerance that quickly, so the next day, in order to feel the effect of One tablet, you must take 2? Then 3 tablets to feel it, then 4, etc...

Right you are Scully..... Your body adjusts for 1, but 1-3 tablets really aren't enough to burn fat like youre gonna want it to.... Think of Advil.... You have a headache, why not just take half an Advil? Cause it isn't enough to work.... Neither is 3 clen Tabs per day, it's just not enough.... 120mcg for women is more then enough of a daily dose for fat loss.... For Men, I would say 160-200mcg is a good dose.... Reason you can't take it for 8-10 weeks is because Clen stops working after about 2-3weeks of use.... It down regulates the Beta 2 receptor fast, and the fatloss stops when this receptor is down.... For that reason, you need to give your receptors time to clear out, and regenerate.... Then you can hit the Clen again, and get nice fatloss again.... This is why you hear about the 2 week on, 2 week off Clen cycles.... During your 2 weeks off of Clen, people will use ECA, or another fat burner during that time....

For Mandy, like the others have said... Clen has a long half life, so you can take them all at once, or spaced out, doesn't really matter.... I find that taking the full dose in the AM helps with the shakes.... What I mean is that I will start shaking like 1hr after taking it, and it will slowly decrease as the day goes on.... I'm also more tired at bedtime if I take the full dose in the AM.... Sleep is good....

Clen cycling should look something like this

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

ECA/NYC by the way is an Ephereine,Caffeine, Aspirin combo! Good fat burner.. Also are you taking taurine with clen I hear your suppose to but I dont exactly know
