Does Clen work well for weight/fat loss? How many per day and for how long should one use Clen? Is it more effective than a ECA stack? Has anyone had good personall results while using just Clen? I use to hit the weights pretty hard I was 206lbs and benching 415lbs, now I'm 260lbs and not sure what I can put up but I'm planning on hitting the weights hard after labor day and while I'm not to concerned with my strength (I know I can get it back) I am looking to loose some weight and fat. Any info would help.
