bump....this is my buddy...he was wondering how to take clen...how many per day, when throughout the day, how many days in a row, etc. He's 5'11 230lbs.
generally 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, during your off weeks, it would be a good idea to use eca. The only reason to start off with low doses is to see how your body will react to it....I would start with 2 tabs and work your way up to 5 or 6.
