Hey, I'm a 19 year old male and 295 lbs and I really want to lose weight. I have been thinking about using clen for a while now because I heard that it was good for burning fat, but I'm having trouble finding a good deal of information on it and I would like to know what i'm taking in before I actually use a product.
Basically, I was wondering how safe taking clen is and about how effective it is. I understand that you still need to diet and exercise, but I'm looking for a little extra "ooomph" if you know what I mean. I was thinking about taking something like hydroxycut, but if something like clen is more efficient and not extremely harmful I would rather take that but I'd like to know more about it first so if you could help me out with some info that would be awesome. thanks
