I have great result's with clen,i would say use trex or lipo-6 on the off week's from the clen though for the best result's. Like anything though it work's great for some but for other's it's useless,you just have to try and see. Just read alot about it so you understand it.

Good lord that's alot of riding. That show's how it work's differently for each person cause i lose weight usually up until the 12th day or so and don't have much of a problem keeping it off when i quit.

in riding trim: 175, 5'11". Serious roadies do this regularly. remember during the tour de france, they ride 2000+miles in 28 days, with two rest days. that is 100hours of cardio in a month! not including warm up time pre-race.
If you know southern california, i rode newport beach south to the ritz carlton, then to the lb conv center, and back to newport. that is ~100miles, i'd do that a few times a week, during the week. i don't wanna seem paranoid, but after juicing for a while, i don't want to put a bullseye on my head for the cops/feds to single me out.
Give something less harsh a try.. T-rex/sesapure/levorex/glucorell from AF Store.. give some of those products a try.. make EF'ers here can vouch for how effective they are
I had decent loss, with dieting. My next cycle starts Tuesday but this time I'm coupling it with 25mcg T3 to see what happens. Two weeks with dieting I think I drop about 6 pounds. I'm not sure if that's average or what but I enjoyed it.
