or winny or both for cutting. what u guys suggest. i know a guy that was on clen and his hands were shaking all day. ive never done a cutting cycle but in the future i think i will. does clen improve strength and shit or just cut up really well? im sure a lot of that has to do with training and diet but just curious.

Clen = good stuff, its not a steroid however so it does nothing for muscle growth. It acts to raise body temperature and metabolism and there by burn some serious fat. For me the effects are noticable by the end of the first week and I love the energy buzz it provides, a win win for me. The hands do shake though, oh how they shake. But nothing is perfect. You really need to research clen alot more before using it though, how to cycle, how long to cycle, what to take with it, all these are important and I dont have the time to write them all.
 
If you are looking to cut, your best bet is a clean diet and cardio. If you want to add some AS, use 40-60mg of var, not clen or winnny.
