Hello, i'm new to all this. I am a 22 year old male, i'm 5'9 230lbs, and am roughly somewhere in the 30% body fat range. I recently just started to be not lazy again, and have resumed lifting, cardio, and dieting. I am about to start a month cycle of clen. With lifting and cario 5x a week, and a low fat - low carb diet, i was wondering if anyone could give me any approximations to weight loss or body fat loss. Any help would be appreciated.

Way too many variables to answer your question.

Base metabolic rate, cardio, diet all effect just how much you use.

Also, at 30% there is no need for clen. Id wait until you less than 20% for clen.

If you do use clen, make sure to supplement with 5grams of taurine daily though.
