Want to get shredded, thinking of using Clen in a pump spray(never used that shit before), What are the dosages for optimal results??

Is it a ventipulmin pump? If so the dosing is .025mg/ml.
But it can be hard to get the correct amount with the "pump", so use a syringe to draw it up with to squirt it on your mouth/drink.
The usual cycle is 2 weeks on/2 off. If first time user try the following doses
per days:
20mcg
40mcg
60mcg
80mcg
Highest dose
Highest dose
Highest dose
Highest dose
Highest dose
Highest dose
Highest dose
60mcg
40mcg
20mcg
With the highest dose i mean the highest dose you can go without the side effects beeing to bad.. (Nausea, cramps, jitters)
Good supplements to take while on Clen:
Potasium, Taurine

Oh btw forgot to add.. don't take it to late PM (3,4) or you'll have a hard time sleeping at night. 
If you wake up early you can take one half dose and then the next half, in early PM.. but it's not very important since clen has rather long halflife compared to Ephedrine etc..

Can anyone tell me what shelf life of clen is. I have some Spiropent from about 3 years ago, still in foil. Curious if it's still good,or will loose potency.

Iceman, don't know if your post was realted to me, but the link you gave didn't answer my ??. I did a search and the above is what I got. Again does anyone know the shelf life of Clen. I have some spiropent from a couples of years ago, and would like to know if it is good.
